Delivery Information
Shipping and Handling
All of our order are dispatched via Royal mail special delivery and insured for the appropriate value.
In the case that the order is unsuitable for royal mail, alternative arrangements may be made.
Delivery Costs
With UK orders there is no cost for delivery and this is included in the final sale price.
Orders outside of the UK may be subject to additonal delivery costs, please get in touch for a quote.

Delivery Process
All deliveries will require a signature from the customer to confirm delivery, however if alternative arrangements or a request is made for delivery without a signature (e.g. leave in the porch / safe space.), then it is at the customer’s risk and Taylor Alexandra will not accept any liability for lost, missing or damaged goods.
If you are out when we the delivery is attempted a card will be left to notify yourself. A redelivery attempt may be made the following working day. If this re-delivery fails the courier will hold your parcel for up to 7 days whilst you reschedule a future delivery. Should you not arrange for this to be done you will be charged for redelivery of your order.
Delivery Times
Please allow 2 full working days from the date of the notification email for the consignment to arrive.
If you do not receive your goods after 5 working days please let us know so that we can resolve the issue.
Delivery Instructions
During the checkout process you have an option to leave delivery instructions for the courier. If you request this parcel to be left in a safe place you are responsible for the parcel after it has been delivered. Taylor Alexandra cannot be held responsible for any damages or loss as a result.
Failed Delivery
In circumstances where the courier has tried to deliver your consignment but due to no access or contact with you has decided that for what ever reason they can no longer deliver your parcel, they will return the package to the sender. Taylor Alexandra does not accept any liability where the courier has tried but is unable to delivery the consignment to you.

Returns Policy
Damaged Goods
On delivery please check for any damage to your package and ensure that the contents are intact.
If you spot any damage to the package or its contents or the contents are missing, please sign as “damaged”, “contents are missing”,”unchecked” if you are not able to check at the time of delivery.
Please contact us immediately if you have any problems and provide the order number and with details of the problem so that the situation may be assessed, you may be asked to provide photographs so that a claim can be opened with the courier.
Once the Damage is confirmed we will contact you to discuss futher options.
In the event of damage or issues you must notify Taylor Alexandra within 14 days of delivery in line with Consumer Contracts Regulations .
Un-Damaged Goods
If your order is delivered correctly and you change your mind or simply want to cancel your order please notify Taylor Alexandra within 14 days. Once we have acknowledged your request to return the goods for a refund, you have a further 14 days in which to return the goods to Taylor Alexandra address (Below).
If a return request is accepted after the 14 day period has elapsed all items will incur a £25 restocking and cleaning fee.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, we recommend that you take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
If you change your mind after you have placed an order but before delivery, we may incur a charge for the returned goods, this cost will be deducted from your refunded amount.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition, please note we can only accept undamaged products.
All returned goods must be received by Taylor Alexandra before any refund can be issued. Your refund will be processed as soon as possible once in receipt of those goods, but please allow up to 30 days.
