A truly magnificent and very unusual vintage 1950s natural 6ct Royal amethyst & turquoise cluster statement ring set into solid 14ct yellow gold
Set at the heart of this gorgeous vintage 1950s gem set treasure, we have a very rich and vibrant natural royal purple amethyst. The gemstone has that rare-to-find deep royal purple colour that you just do not find anymore. The amethyst has been so well cut and polished and is wonderfully clean. The life and sparkle you get from this gem really is fantastic and you will spend hours just moving the gem into different lighting.
This gem is then surrounded by a collection of great quality natural Egyptian blue turquoise cabochon gemstones. These turquoise have a really vivid colour and they work so well next to this central large amethyst. The look is very van cleef circa 1950/1960
