This truly wondrous antique treasure has come from the personal collection of the late and Jean Diana Morley who was god daughter to the fabulous 1920s socialite and jewellery collector Barbara Hutton. This jewel is made by the infamous House of Cartier in around 1925. Mrs Barba Hutton only purchased jewels from the best jewellers of the time and Cartier was her most favoured house. Jean Diana Morley was known by Barbara as “Kindly Jean” she was a great and close friend as well as god daughter to the late great Mrs Hutton.

The ring is a classical jewel by the House of cartier, set in solid high-grade platinum and glistening with a collection of great quality ice white old round cut diamonds. These diamonds have a great life and fire and really do play with the light perfectly. The diamonds are all so well matched and put together and have that pure colourless ice white colour that you would expect from the house of Cartier.
