This incredible vintage treasure has come from a private collection of many years, the ring is set with one of the most outstanding high quality natural Tanzanite gemstones that I have ever brought to you. This gem was very likely mined in the late 1980s in the very early years of the discovery. Gems of this pure intense colour are incredibly rare and are never usually this well cut.

However, what makes this stone particularly special has to be its level of pleochroism. The life in this gem and how it plays with the light just has to be seen to be truly appreciated. Form the royal blues to papal purples to then have these sensational flashes of pinks and even reds! Is just something you will only see in Tanzanite. This gem is also so clean and has no inclusions to be seen even under basic magnifications. The Tanzanite is then framed on either side with a collection of very well-matched great quality ice white brilliant cut diamonds.
