When it comes to the world of alexandrite any stone over 50 points is to be considered. When you have a single gem over 1ct with incredible clarity and colour. This is something that you just do not find on the open market. This central treasure is then surrounded perfectly by a matched collection of round brilliant cut Russian alexandrite gemstones.

The Alexandrites have been so well matched and have again wonderful clarity and colour. They frame the central stone so well and really do make such an impact on the finger. The life and sparkle you have from these outer stones really is quite something. You never usually find round brilliant cut stones as they are quite difficult to cut and polish with alexandrite. The gems are very well set with solid 18ct white gold claws and you have a great low profile here as well. So the ring sits very well on the finger and would make a stunning ring to have on for the day to day if you chose to do so. These gems have been looked at by my gem expert and it is very likely they are all from the famed Ural mountain deposit. We also have a digital phot of the original, card of authenticity when the ring was first made stating that the gems are also of Russian origin.
